Grazi, my beloved little soulmate, holds an irreplaceable and treasured space in my heart, a place that she will forever occupy. Losing her was an immensely devastating experience, leaving an ache that words can hardly describe. People often inquire about getting a new furry friend after such a loss, and I've come to understand that while we can never replace a cherished child or a beloved pet, welcoming a new little life into our home and heart can help soothe the pain and create new memories.

After Grazi passed, my husband reached out to a dear friend and exceptional breeder, inquiring about a black & tan girl. At first, I hesitated, feeling as though bringing a puppy home might be akin to replacing my dear, fiery girl. However, the breeder knew the depth of my bond with Grazi and revealed that she indeed had a black and tan girl that she had planned to keep for herself. Despite that, she kindly decided to let me have her baby, understanding the profound impact Grazi had on my life.

I am forever grateful for this act of kindness, as this little girl, called Ginni, while never replacing my Grazi, brought new joy into my life. Each of them was black and tan, but their personalities were worlds apart, emphasizing the unique and special essence of every individual furry friend.

Now, my sweetest soulmate, Grazi, is playing in heaven, resting at God's feet. She was undeniably the queen of all the girls and the queen of my heart. Her presence filled our home with integrity and strength, and she will forever be remembered for the love and joy she brought into our lives.
